Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

by a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may, but are not obliged to, use the model withdrawal form.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered) within 14 days.
The reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Obligations of the Customer upon Return
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
The goods should be returned unused, undamaged, and, if possible, in the original packaging.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been personalized or for hygienic reasons were sealed and opened.
Since Solité Studios only sells standard clothing, this generally does not apply to most items.

After we receive the goods, you will receive a refund within 14 days.
Legal Note
This right of withdrawal complies with the requirements of §§ 355, 356 German Civil Code (BGB) and the German Civil Code Information Duties Ordinance (BGB-InfoV).
